Judson Retreat Center is excited to host our first ever Cowboy Race! Cowboy Racing is a fun event that any horse and rider can excel at with practice. The competition is a judged obstacle course with added bonuses for the fastest times. Registration opens at 8am, course walkthrough at 9am, and competition starts at 9:30am. Divisions are 12 and under ($20), Youth (13-18) ($20), Novice ($30), and Open ($35). 12+Under, Youth, and Novice divisions will have prizes for 1st-3rd place, and Open division will have a 50% payback (number of places paid out depends on number of entries received). Our course is outdoor, and exhibition runs will be available after the competition. RV spots and limited stalls available - first come first served. Located at 10330 Peterson Road, St Francisville, LA. Bridge is out on Peterson road so please allow 25 minutes extra travel time for detour.
